Breath of Life yoga offers personal, compassionate, Christ-centered Yoga Coaching for those who need a peaceful and heart-centered approach to improving their health. Whether you need stress relief, strength, flexibility or accountability for your health goals I can help.
My name is Sandra Huizar but all my friends call me “Simchah” (Sim’ Kuh). My intention is to provide an environment where one can feel safe no matter what their current state of health or weight might be. Together, as co-laborers to improve your physical, mental and emotional health, we will design a Yoga Coaching course that meets your specific needs.
My conviction is that all human beings are beautiful inside and out, and I desire to help you age gracefully full of energy, enthusiasm & hope. I aim to empower my yoga students to use their yoga practice as an opportunity to rejuvenate their bodies, renew their minds, and revive their hearts.
