Simchah Huizar’s yoga classes are designed for all fitness levels from the physically challenged to the very strong and active person. Her program combines strength and stretching exercises, breathing techniques, and relaxation to promote better health, flexible, and alleviate stress. Yoga helped me personally by loosening and limbering joints, toning and strengthening muscles, improving my balance and coordination. It is a gentle and effective workout that helped me get and stay physically fit. Classes are taught by a certified instructor, Simchah Huizar, who guides members through each stage of the yoga program. Students are encouraged to interact with each other. . . .giving help and/or compliments as needed. Whatever the level of physical fitness, each new member is accepted into the class. She/he will receive individual help to make progress and achieve his goals! Yoga was and is a truly life changing experience for me!
